Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining freshness and operational efficiency, processed food orders enter fulfillment immediately and cannot be stopped once processing begins.

How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, customers may contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order and provide:

• Order number
• Registered contact details

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current order status.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order cancellation request is approved prior to processing, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

Important Notes

• Orders already processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to delivery partners cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, promotional, or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
• Hashtag Nuts reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if order processing has already begun.
